Bank transfer: top up from your bank
Send a bank transfer to the account shown in the app, upload the receipt, and an admin credits your balance.
- Open Add balance and choose Bank transfer.
- Enter the amount. The screen shows the account to pay, the account holder and a reference for this top-up.
- Make the transfer from your bank for exactly that amount, and write the reference.
- Back in the app, upload a clear photo or PDF of the receipt.
- An admin matches the receipt with the transfer and credits your balance. You get a notification and an e-mail.
Good to know
- Upload the receipt within 24 hours. If the request has expired, you can still upload the receipt to it.
- If a different amount arrives (for example after bank charges), the admin can correct the credit to the amount that really arrived.
- VitoCoin charges no deposit fee; your bank may charge its own fee.
