KYC: verify your identity

Identity verification protects your account and can be required to raise your limits or for some withdrawals.

Open Settings → KYC.
Photograph your ID card (CIN) or passport and take a selfie, following the instructions on the screen.
Use a well-lit place and make sure every corner of the document is visible and readable.
We review your submission and notify you when it is approved — or tell you what to fix if it is declined.

Good to know

The name on your document must match the name on your VitoCoin account.
Declined? Read the reason in the notification, then submit again with clearer photos.
