Gift cards: pay in cash, codes coming soon
Order a VITO gift card and pay for it in cash, in person or on delivery. Typing a gift card code in the app is coming soon.
- Open Add balance and choose Gift card (cash).
- Choose how you pay: cash in hand (you meet our team, no address needed) or cash on delivery (we ship the card and you pay the courier).
- Enter the gift-card value, the recipient’s name and phone number — and the shipping address for cash on delivery.
- Our team contacts you or delivers the card and collects the cash. The value is then credited to your balance and you are notified.
Good to know
- Your gift-card orders and their status are listed under the order form.
- Coming soon: gift card codes sold in shops, which you will type in the app to add their value to your balance. Codes cannot be redeemed yet.
- Until codes open, treat any offer of a VitoCoin gift card code with suspicion and ask support first.
