Send money to a VitoCoin user by @username
Send money from your balance to another VitoCoin account by @username or phone number — it arrives at once, for a 0.5% fee.
- Open Send and type the recipient’s @username or phone number in the Recipient field.
- Check the name the app shows for that account before you go on.
- Enter the amount and an optional note, then confirm with your PIN or fingerprint (and your 2FA code if it is on).
- The money arrives at once. The 0.5% fee is taken from the amount, so the recipient gets the amount minus the fee.
Good to know
- Type the @ before a username: @98765432 is the user named 98765432, while 98765432 alone is read as a phone number.
- A transfer between accounts is final once it is executed: check the name before you confirm.
- Your own @username is in Settings → Account — share it so others can pay you.
