Deposit: add money to your account

Add money by bank transfer, with a gift card paid in cash, or with USDT on Tron (TRC-20). Card payments are coming soon.

Open Add balance and choose a method: bank transfer, gift card or — on a PRO account with USDT turned on — Crypto (USDT).
Bank transfer: send the money using exactly the account details and the reference shown on the screen, then upload a clear photo or PDF of your receipt.
Gift card: order a card and pay for it in cash, in person or on delivery. Its value is credited once the cash is collected.
USDT: send USDT on the Tron network (TRC-20) to your deposit address with your deposit code. It is credited automatically once the network confirms it.
An admin checks bank transfers and gift-card payments and credits your balance. You get a notification and an e-mail when it lands. Older La Poste or cash requests stay listed under the methods so you can finish or cancel them.
On-chain VITO deposits are credited automatically after a few network confirmations.

Good to know

Always write the reference shown on the screen — a transfer without it takes longer to match.
VitoCoin charges no deposit fee; your bank or the network may charge its own fee.
Card payments and gift card codes you type in the app are coming soon. They will appear on Add balance when they open.
Not credited after one business day? Open a ticket with your receipt reference.
