Withdraw: cash out or send to an address

Cash out to your bank, through La Poste or in cash, or send VITO / USDT to an external wallet address.

To your bank: open Cash out, choose Bank transfer and enter the amount and your bank details (RIB / IBAN). The amount is reserved from your balance straight away.
La Poste (RIP) and cash payment are for payouts in Tunisian dinar (TND). Cash payment is for amounts under 5,000 TND: an admin calls you to arrange the handover.
An admin sends the payout and marks the request paid — you are notified at each step. The amount you will receive is shown before you confirm.
To a wallet: open Send, paste the destination address and check the network, then confirm. USDT withdrawals go on Tron (TRC-20) only and cost a fixed 1 USDT.
Larger withdrawals ask you to confirm by e-mail, and very large ones are reviewed by our team before they are sent.
If a withdrawal fails or is declined, the full amount is returned to your balance.

Good to know

A blockchain transfer cannot be reversed: double-check the address and the network before you confirm.
With 2FA on, you will also be asked for your authenticator code.
You can cancel a cash-out until an admin starts the transfer.
