P2P: trading with other users
Trading on VitoCoin is peer-to-peer: every order is matched with another user’s order.
- Open Trade and pick the market you want to use.
- Limit order: set your price and amount. It stays on the order book until another user fills it — you can cancel it any time from Open orders.
- Market order: fills right away, but only against orders other users already placed. If none match, nothing is charged.
- The fee is shown on the order form before you confirm.
- In an escrow (P2P ad) trade, the seller’s coins are locked until the seller confirms the payment. If something goes wrong, open a dispute from the order — our team reviews it.
Good to know
- Only mark a payment as sent once you have really sent it, and only release coins after the money is in your account.
- Never trade outside the app or share your password or codes with a trading partner.
