USDT (TRC-20): deposit and withdraw on Tron
On a PRO account, turn on USDT, then send USDT on the Tron network (TRC-20) with your deposit code: it is credited automatically.
- Switch your account to PRO, open Wallet and tap Activate USDT to get your deposit address.
- Open Add balance → Crypto (USDT) and choose TRC-20.
- Copy your deposit code and your deposit address. Send only USDT on the Tron network, and put the code in the transfer’s Note / Memo field if your wallet has one.
- With the code, the deposit is credited automatically in about a minute. Without it, it still arrives but is matched by our team from the transaction ID, usually within 24–72 hours.
- To withdraw, open Wallet → Withdraw Funds and enter a Tron address starting with T. The minimum is 1 USDT and a fixed 1 USDT fee is deducted.
Good to know
- Minimum deposit: 1 USDT. VitoCoin charges no deposit fee; the network fee is paid by the sending wallet.
- Never send ERC-20 or BEP-20 USDT to a TRC-20 address, and keep the transaction ID (txid) of every transfer.
- USDT may not be available in every region.
