Explorer: look up a payment, a block or an address
The Explorer looks up the VITO blockchain: search a transaction ID, an address or a block to see its status and confirmations, and open a block to see who found it.
- Open Explorer from the app. The Block Explorer and Mempool tabs are on a PRO account; the My Payments tab lists your own transactions.
- Type a transaction ID, a VITO address or a block height in the search field and run the search.
- A transaction result shows its status and confirmations, its time and its inputs and outputs. A block result shows its height, hash, transactions and the miner who found it.
- Pick a block in the latest-blocks list to open it: you see the block’s details and the reward distribution — the addresses that were paid.
- Use it to check a payment you sent or received, or a mining reward, yourself: the public page at vitocoin.com/explorer needs no account.
Good to know
- A VITO address starts with V. Copy it from the result instead of typing it.
- The latest-blocks list refreshes on its own; use Refresh to reload it now.
- Cannot find a transaction? Check whether it is confirmed yet — an unconfirmed one is still in the Mempool tab.
- The public page vitocoin.com/explorer is read-only and needs no account; the in-app Explorer also shows your own payments.
