Notifications: the bell and the e-mails you can switch
In-app notifications (the bell) are always on. Settings → Notifications switches the optional e-mails; security e-mails are always sent.
- Open Settings → Notifications. The tab is titled Email Notifications.
- In-app notifications — the bell — are always on and are not affected by these switches. A support answer to your ticket arrives as a bell notification.
- The switches control the optional e-mails: Deposits & money received (deposits, top-ups and transfers to you), Withdrawals & money sent (when your withdrawal request is approved and sent) and Trades (orders placed, filled or cancelled).
- Security alerts are always on: password changes and account security are always sent.
- Tap Save Preferences to keep your choice. If the page says email preferences can’t be changed right now, the settings shown still apply: try again later. Your in-app notifications work as usual.
Good to know
- The bell is your in-app notifications: it is always on and no switch here turns it off.
- A support answer to your ticket shows up as a bell notification — no e-mail needed.
- Even with the optional e-mails off, security alerts about your password and account security are always sent.
- These switches change e-mails only; they never change what you see in the app.
